Designation:  ACTION PROJECT TRAINING FOR SME (2017/2018)

 

Goal: The aim of the project is to promote the qualification of companies in the metallurgical and electromechanical sectors by strengthening the skills of entrepreneurs and their employees, enabling them to initiate processes of change and innovation in the areas of Organization / Management and Internationalization. The intervention is based on a training-action methodology, alternating training and consulting moments in an organizational context.

ACTION PLAN

Although the Intervention Plan is previously defined, setting a standard for the duration of training and consulting interventions, the actions to be implemented will be adequate to the problems and opportunities identified in the individual diagnosis of each SME.

The Plan is based on the following structure:

– It will cover the Organization / Management and Internationalization areas to respond to the collective needs of a wide range of companies;

– In each SME a diagnosis will be carried out, which will support a plan of action and, at the end of the intervention, a report evaluating the results achieved;

– The diagnosis and the action plan will be developed in close coordination between the top management, the group of collaborators designated by it and the team of trainers and consultants in the field;

– The theoretical training component includes the holding of inter-firm workshops in the intervention areas in order to promote the exchange of experiences and enrich the training process.

The project will support 34 SMEs, 22 companies in the thematic area Organization and Management and the remaining 12 and in the thematic of Internationalization.
