The Public Contracts Code, approved by Decree-Law no. 18\/2008, of January 29, has been
\nvarious amendments, the most recent being the result of Decree-Law no. 111-B \/ 2017 of 31 August
\nentered into force on 1 January 2018.<\/p>\n
Considering the interest of this Code and the impact of the changes in the associated companies of ANEME that
\nparticipate in public tenders, the Association will hold on March 8 a Seminar on the theme
\n“Code of Public Contracts – New Amendments”.<\/p>\n
Companies interested in participating should return the attached registration form to the address
\nmadalena.goncalves@aneme.pt or aneme@aneme.pt accompanied by their respective payment,
\nuntil the 28th of February.<\/p>\n
Only registrations will be considered after the payment has been made within the aforementioned deadline and the
\nsessions are subject to a minimum number of entries.<\/p>\n
Any cancellations only give the right to refund the registration fee if made with the
\nthree business days prior to the date of completion of the training.<\/p>\n
