The Public Contracts Code, approved by Decree-Law no. 18/2008, of January 29, has been
various amendments, the most recent being the result of Decree-Law no. 111-B / 2017 of 31 August
entered into force on 1 January 2018.
Considering the interest of this Code and the impact of the changes in the associated companies of ANEME that
participate in public tenders, the Association will hold on March 8 a Seminar on the theme
“Code of Public Contracts – New Amendments”.
Companies interested in participating should return the attached registration form to the address
madalena.goncalves@aneme.pt or aneme@aneme.pt accompanied by their respective payment,
until the 28th of February.
Only registrations will be considered after the payment has been made within the aforementioned deadline and the
sessions are subject to a minimum number of entries.
Any cancellations only give the right to refund the registration fee if made with the
three business days prior to the date of completion of the training.
